I wrapped up five Will Packages today.  Each one was different from the others but they all achieve their goal – they will convey the client’s property where HE (or she as the case may be) wants it to go on their death.

Executing a will with an experienced attorney can not only save your estate money in the long run, it can allow YOU to control who gets what!

Do you love your pet?   Do you want to make sure Fluffy is provided for on your death?  You can do that.

Do you want to give everything to charities?  You can do that too!

Do you want 90% of your estate to go to your daughter and only 10% to your son?  Vice versa? Want to give it all directly to the grandkids? That can be done too!

There’s not too much you can’t do with your worldly goods when it’s time for you to shed this mortal coil …if you have a will! But if you don’t have a will, your options will be gone, and the State of Texas has already determined should become of your possessions.

And there is a HIGH likelihood that it is quite different from what you’d want!
